For both live and Online ( website and app orders)

At Pencilboxshop , we are committed to quality and designs of our products . We do very rigorous quality check of our products. 
We want to keep our policies very clear and simple. So, please read this and buy only if you are comfortable with these policies . 

Other than that we wont be able to take any  other requests. 

Shipping time is 2-4 business days . NO SHIPPING ON WEEKENDS. It can increase during festivals. 

Delivery ( 3-5 days ) - Depending on courier service and Holidays. 

Partial Order Fulfillment Policy-If any item in your order is unavailable, it will be canceled, and you’ll receive a refund notification. All other available items will be shipped as planned.

During Festivals or holiday season delivery can take time even for priority mail orders . 

Most Important: Uncut Opening Parcel video is must for any issue. 

1) At this point We don't have any Return policy ( No return if you don't like the products) unless damaged, different product. 

2)If you have any Complaints, You have to reach out to us within 2 days. (Days start from the date of delivery). We will not compromise in the number of days.

3) Return Cost will be handled by Buyer in any case due to nature of our small business.

4)If the product is damaged during shipping then we can give you store credit,exchange the item if available( shipping will be handled by customer) . No refund of money. 

5 ) WE WILL NOT ISSUE FULL REFUNDS FOR MINOR DEFECTS . 

6 ) UNCUT OPENING VIDEO IS MUST FROM ALL ANGLES . Please don’t  try to repack the box after opening just to pack a video. 

7) We take every photo in natural light, but still sometimes due to photography , it can show slight difference. 

8) Pre orders: Pre orders can take upto 4-8 weeks . Pre orders cannot be cancelled once placed . Please no urgent pre orders.

IF PACKAGE NOT DELIVERED BUT SHOWS DELIVERED ON USPS/UPS WEBSITES.

So, if the tracking number shows delivered and if the package is not delivered. It is the Client's responsibility to handle that. You have to call the shipping company and ask them. We are not responsible for any kind of misplacing of items.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Refund Policy

  • Refund requests are subject to proper quality checks and verification upon receiving the returned parcel.
  • Once the returned parcel is received and inspected, approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.
  • Refund timelines begin only after the parcel has been successfully delivered back to us.
  • We reserve the right to deny refunds if items do not meet our return eligibility requirements.
  • Processing times may vary depending on the payment method used.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

All exchange shipping charges will be taken care by customer.
